Welcome to Don & Debbie’s Designs!
We’re Marlin & Sarah Terro, a husband-and-wife team from Louisiana. Together, we’ve been blessed with five sons, a daughter-in-law, three grandsons, and three granddaughters.
After retiring from our careers as oil and gas refinery operators, we decided to turn our passions into something more. Sarah began creating DTF t-shirts, which quickly grew to include sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, aprons, and bags. Marlin, with his love for working with his hands and eye for detail, began crafting welded tool art, transforming old wrenches, hammers, nails, and other reclaimed tools into imaginative sculptures. Each piece he creates is truly one-of-a-kind, blending craftsmanship and creativity to give new life to forgotten hardware in ways that spark conversation and bring rustic charm to any space.
Alongside this, we discovered our passion for all things vintage & the history behind each piece, not to mention the fun & laughter we have on our shopping trips! Inspired by these hobbies, we launched Don & Debbie’s Designs, named in honor of Marlin’s late father Don and Sarah’s late mother Debbie, who we know are watching over us, cheering us on, and so proud of what we’ve built to honor their memory. Though we’ve lost them, we are still incredibly blessed to have Marlin’s mom and Sarah’s dad with us, sharing in our journey and celebrating each step forward.
What began as a booth in a local thrift shop quickly grew into the success that led us to open our online store—allowing us to share our handcrafted creations and vintage treasures across the U.S. and beyond. We pour our hearts into every item, working together as a true team and always striving to put God first in all we do, for He is the reason for it all.
